FSC First is a non-traditional lender and certified development corporation that provides creative, flexible and innovative business financing solutions.
FSC First is certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration to provide long-term loans to small and minority-owned business for the purpose of construction, conversion, or expansion; including the acquisition of land, existing buildings, leasehold improvements and working capital.
